Morning sunshine 

Up late last night so slept in kids out to school no make up my god I don’t know how I did it but did have my sunglasses on now chilling in the garden having my breakfast then some mindfulness and CBT session walk along the beach and lunch with a friend life is good.

Breakfast is always some fruit banana some blueberries or strawberries some nuts preferanly walnuts high in iron pumpkin seeds toasted some muesli, chai seeds and some low fat Greek yogurt this will give you protein, fibre, iron essential fats,  energy and tastes damn good fills me up to lunch everyday the Greek yogurt is supposed to be really good for helping depression as are bananas and walnuts and the seeds best way to start every day and a cup of green tea and a coffee just to kick start my metabolism for the day.
