Slow start

Today is tough I turned my snooze of I don’t know how many times went out wit. No makeup to leave Mya to school but didn’t have to get out of car so that was ok.  Ant get motivated today at all just can’t get on top of things.

Lunch will help leftovers from last night bulgarwheat and Quinoa for dressing some spoonful grapefruit cordial

Squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Pinch of salt 

Spoonful of olive oil in using avacadoes oil at the minute and a tea spoon of turmeric

The salad I use green yogurt as dressing and some lemon juice or grapefruit juice 

Best fat busting veg is onions, brocolli and chilli to speed up your metabolism and fat burning 

For some crunch you can add in some coconut chips, nuts (cashew, walnuts or almonds) pumpkin seeds all have your essential fatty acids and a clean glass of water or delutant grapefruit juice
