A week of ups and downs

So winter is definitely setting in finding it so hard to get up every morning, hit snooze button off still can’t get up. This is why I hate the winter I struggle with my energy levels.

Witg a better work life balance I get home earlier in the evening so we can all go for a walk after tea energises is with the fresh air and the start of delicious soups.

My delema is what to wear boots or sandles, coat or no coat etc making the wrong decision means you’re overheating or end up with the. Cold I’ve experienced both.

My legs burned, covered in bruises but this energises me too.

My fav exercise is the plank right now exhausting and works the entire body will share exercises soon.

It was full of ups and downs the worst was an event at Mya’s school a young girl collapsed and the next day died my heart goes out to her family. It is never easy to deal with the death of a child but when you get up that morning get them ready for school and drop them off saying see you later do you ever imagine those would be your last words to them. So many things have happened which makes me realise how important it is to always say I love you try to not get stressed out in the morning with your kids make it fun make everyone happy, live life, take chance, don’t wait around to do things you want and make excuses sometimes we have to push ourselves past our comfort zone to make our kids lives better and to be a good parent you need to not only be there for your kids, set the best example you can on how to live a happy fulfilled life without anxiety, fear, worrying about others and images just be healthy, active and happy 😊

life is too short to put things off and never have any regrets find a way to do what you want and if things go wrong they are sent to make us stronger and learn from what went wrong. We can all do it, taking time out for yourself, eating healthily and exercising with the kids, having adventures this is what life should be.

Children are precious make every minute count, always be there for your kids and always kiss them and hug them everyday as much as you can, their love is precious, uncompromising, not critical, not short lived but forever in your heart and theirs an everlasting bond of love.

I am a single mother of 2 amazing daughters Mya and Cara they are my motivation and my inspiration everyday. I have had a lot of hurdles to jump in my lifetime and nearly into my forties I am starting to accept myself and build on all aspects of my life. I want to share my experiences moving forward from depression I am learning how to be the best version of myself from making a bucket list, learning to be a savvy fashionista, an amazing mother, mindfulness, healthy eating and working towards the best body I can have. Life is good right now and want to help you overcome your hurdles and climb to the heights of your abilities and ambitions in life. If you visualise and think positively it will happen. Happiness comes from inside.
