Yummy breakfast to start the day

Day 2 of sleeping into 12noon no I didn’t stay up all night but clearly my body needed it and as the kids are off school I allow myself this luxury as when they are back to school this will be no more.

When it comes to sleep you need to be consistent if you want to lose weight or maintain weight as not getting at least 8 hours sleep consistently can wreck havoc on your harmonies making it harder to lose weight, you will gain water and during the day you will be tired therefore your body will crave those bad foods that put on the weight.

My brekkie was a yummy #vanillashake full of nutrients to boost my system and give me lots of energy to get off my butt today and away from the TV also some #chaiseeds a superfood for the gut and also for #energy some #oats to fill me up and some #walnuts for brain power #darkchoc nibs for energy #goodfats and dates for brain power full of #fibre and #antioxidant

If you find green tea hard to drink have after breakfast and try a flavoured one I find the plain one hard to drink I also love the #matcha green tea too amazing
