Kettlebell workout in the park

Quite cold this morning with the prospect of snow coming this weekend but I headed to #botanic gardens for a few pointers on #kettlebell workouts. Getting your posture right is so important to prevent injury and doing #deadlifts

I used 8kg with 5 sets of 20 swings on each arm and 100 with double hand grip.

This is a great all body workout working your thighs, abs, arms, shoulders and flutes that’s your booty.
