Kefir fruit breakfast

So I’ve always been healthy but now I’m looking to be in my best shape and health this year and maintain it. I know how important gut health is to your whole body and mind so decided to give some a try.

So found a few different yogurts in #tesco so tried this one as I like their other products it is nice and a bit of a zing could live with it looking forward to seeing how it makes me feel. I love my yogurts and have thought about becoming a #vegan but not sure I can give up dairy meat no problem I’ve done it before being a #vegetarian for 20 years when I was younger. I know there are dairy alternatives so I’m going to test taste every week to see if I can make the change. Although when a vegetarian I did find it very hard socially as when we went out to restaurants there would only be one vegetarian option on the menu and I know today there are vegan and vegetarian options it can make it difficult when socialising as there are hidden products in meals as well.

Feel amazing and ready to do some jobs round the house and some more of my #nutritionalcourse and some fresh air and exercise with the dog and kids.
