Curry in a hurry

I love curry it’s one of my favourite meals. I don’t however buy sauces from a jar anymore as they are full of fat, sugar and salt. So I usually make it fresh with herbs but if you’re in a hurry just buy some #currypowder and some #naturalgreekyogurt low-fat and some #tomatopaste for a healthy, delicious curry in a hurry.

Hidden in the curry is #chicken #cashewnuts #chickpeas #peppers #onions #broccoli #garlic #mushrooms along with #basmati rice 🍚 a better choice that white rice.

The kids even loved it and ate up all their veg in the curry, empty bowls.

So you can see you can make fresh food and it doesn’t take too long. The result is a healthy low fat curry that doesn’t leave you feeling bloated tired and craving more or other bad things like coke, sweet treats and crisps.

It keeps you full right up to bed time. You can serve with some poppedoms or some prawn crackers you can get them from the supermarket a healthier choice than naam bread.

Just watch all of the extras you add, try healthier options and try to cut your portions down and leave out the chips as you already have rice.
