I love my nuts and seeds they are amazing for your health full of the amazing omega 3 fatty acids

Great source of protein, fibre, vit E, omega 3 and 6, magnesium and selenium

I have nuts and seeds every day because of the amazing nutritional properties.

Flaxseeds

Chia seeds

Sesame seeds

Pumpkin seeds

Sunflower seeds

Just toast the nuts and seeds in a pan then add some honey and cinnamon and mix through

This is so yum you can make these into bars, add to cereal or just eat as a snack.
