Fishy Thursday

I love salmon used to hate it because it was so fishy

I cook in the oven with lemon juice and salt then finish off with hummus, cheese, pesto and nuts and seeds

It’s also great in a curry, with a salad, in an omelette with risotto make sure you have at least once a week

I love it with sweet potatoes I make my own with a little #rocksalt #canolaoil and #garlic

I had it with some #greenpeas and #tomatoes and side of #hummous with #seeds
