Home made museli

So who loves museli 👌

I love it but so many are loaded with sugar and not enough of the ingredients I need in my diet so I made my own

Oats

Puffed rice

Toasted with honey and cinnamon sunflower and pumpkin seeds and cashews, Brazil’s, hazelnuts and walnuts

Hemp seeds

Flaxseeds

Cinnamon

Chia seeds

Raisins and dates

Yum yum yum

Slow release carbs, good sugars in the form of the dried fruit that will give you longer release of glucose, omega 3 oils, cinnamon for metabolism, chia seeds will give you energy, the nuts will give you good fats, protein and fibre and the flaxseeds also good for your omega 3 and fibre but also contains lignans which may reduce cancer risk and pumpkin seeds which are good for controlling blood sugars, has good fats your omega 3 again and high in antioxidants and magnesium which helps with sleep and mood and manganese for collagen and iron and copper for energy.
