Where do you get iron from?

Why am I always struggling with energy? Low on iron?

As I was a vegetarian for 20 years I didn’t eat any meat especially red meat I was never a fan but always told this is where you get your iron

I always give away a pint of blood every 3 months and was put on tablets for anaemia so this is probably why but I never thought about the impact it actually had on me as it takes nearly 3 months to restore your blood back up

I love vegan food so get most of my iron from

Green veg have been bad at this in the past but a big love of kale and spinach now for my iron. I can also see that chai seeds, quinoa, kiwi, chickpeas, lentils, beans, mushrooms, red peppers, oranges, potatoes and sunflower seeds all of which I have in my weekly diet.
