After 2 days of cleanse or 1 and 1/2 I need of some good nutrition
So it’s a smoothie bowl this morning a green one
1 protein shake
1/2 cup spinach and kale
Half a yogurt
Blend with water
Topped with bran flakes and museli
Walnuts
Chai seeds
Sunflower and pumpkin seeds
Peanut butter
Dates
Apricots
Blueberries
Vanilla yogurt
Amazing nutrition in one little bowl packed with amazing protein, amega3, good fats, fibre, iron, calcium, potassium, vitamins and the list goes on look for yourself
These ingredients are great for energy for your mood among many things and why I have them in my daily diet either in meals or as snacks.
