Who doesn’t love breakfast???

Fruit smoothie bowl with froZen blueberries and strawberries

Pineapple

Vanilla yogurt

Blend

Top with coconut yogurt

Sunflower and pumpkin seeds

3 dates and 3 walnuts

Cranberries

I also like to add some bran flakes and museli for some extra fibre and energy, helps keep me full to lunch
