Fight night prep

In prep for tomorrow’s big fight

You hung my punching bag up on the swing set and bashed it for half an hour after I had done half an hour of HIIT and a few weights

Starting to take it seriously

Hands up to my ears is all I need to remember and chin down

Powered by amped hydrate great for endurance and recovery so no sore muscles stretch out now and some protein into my body then rest 🤣
