Power boxing breakfast

Power breakfast for my big fight tonight

I don’t think I could have added any more goodness

Blended up frozen berries

Frozen strawberries

frozen mango

fresh pineapple

2 tbsp coconut natural yogurt

2 scoops protein powder

Topped with

1 strawberry

Pineapple

Mango

Blueberries

Golden flaxseed

Sunflower and pumpkin seeds

Chai seeds

Homemade museli

3 dates and walnuts

Coconut natural yogurt

Pecan peanut butter

Wow I know fighting machine

Tonight’s the night I am boxing in front of a crowd for the first time

Am I nervous??? Yes I didn’t sleep much

Anyway have to get up a bit of stretching and good protein breakfast and get my shit together

Tonight’s the night

Tonight’s the night I am boxing in front of a crowd for the first time

Am I nervous??? Yes I didn’t sleep much. This has been a huge challenge for me not only going alone while trying to juggle childcare and often having to bring them with me to training. For me to get up in front of a huge crowd to do this is huge for me mentally as well as overcoming the physical interaction with others has drawn me out of myself too.

Anyway have to get up a bit of stretching and good protein breakfast and get my shit together
