Power breakfast for my big fight tonight

I don’t think I could have added any more goodness

Blended up frozen berries

Frozen strawberries

frozen mango

fresh pineapple

2 tbsp coconut natural yogurt

2 scoops protein powder

Topped with

1 strawberry




Golden flaxseed

Sunflower and pumpkin seeds

Chai seeds

Homemade museli

3 dates and walnuts

Coconut natural yogurt

Pecan peanut butter

Wow I know fighting machine

Tonight’s the night I am boxing in front of a crowd for the first time

Am I nervous??? Yes I didn’t sleep much

Anyway have to get up a bit of stretching and good protein breakfast and get my shit together
