Summer berries

Another beautiful day so another amazing breakfast protein strawberry shake blended with a little yogurt, and 1 tbsp of berry powder and blueberries

then topped with chai seeds, yogurt, flax seeds, pistachio nuts, 3 dates, homemade museli and peanut butter lots of good fats, carbs, vitamins and minerals sets me up for an amazing day of fun with my kids and just a little work #mumlife #singlemom #breakfast #nutrition
