Salad day number 2

Picture 1 is my lunch from yesterday

A salad made with

Broccoli

Kale

Rocket

Red onion

Pineapple

Quinoa

Buckwheat

Canola oil

Salt

Lemon juice

Didn’t finish it so had it for today’s lunch (I recycle all my food no waste on my house)

What was left was mixed with some leftover rice from the fridge I used to throw out as I was told you would get food poisoning after testing this theory I am still alive and no sickness

So added the above ingredients to the rice then an egg some milk and some cheese

Then sprinkled with some Pumpkin and sunflower seeds and some Hummus

This reduces down on prep and also waste of food and when you can think of what to eat and can’t be bothered making anything

It was also yum
