Healthy sweet potato pizza

Had an amazing tea my homemade sweet potato pizza

Made with sweet potato blended

Add some garlic

Pinch of salt

Some healthy oil

Oats

Chickpeas

Cook in oven then add some tomato paste and passata sauce

Then topped with feta and cheddar cheese

Sunflower and pumpkin seeds

Half an avocado

Rocket

Mushrooms

Served with some sweet potato fries also home made and some hummus with pesto

Seriously yum and filling and not craving more
