Back to routine

So not a great start to the day I couldn’t get up but as the kids were in school I could do my workout after drop off

So I did do my workout

On glass number 3 of water

Set myself a plank challenge so did 1 min 30 will keep pushing an extra 10 secs everyday see how far I can go

Lots of weights, barbell squats, core exercises and body weight exercises

Everyday is a different workout otherwise I’d be so bored

Then I did a course and had some lunch which was left over from a few days ago always great to have some grains in the fridge I mixed this with some feta cheese, cucumber, sunflower and pumpkin seeds and toasted cashew nuts mmmmmmmmmm the. Some hummus and some rapeseed oil in a bed of spinach
