What are you having? Are you getting your protein into every meal?

If you struggle to get protein and all of your vitamins and minerals into your day then protein shakes are a great handy way to do this.

I have mine in the morning or I have one at lunchtime time makes sure I get everything I need for a healthy body and mind.

I blended my vanilla whey protein shake with blackberries and water

Then topped with

Sunflower seeds



Totally delicious and keeps me full and energised for the rest of the day
