Autumn hot berry oats

Autumn it seems is here

So this morning I toasted some oats and frozen blackberries

Mix in some chai seeds, almonds, sunflower,

Pumpkin and flaxseeds, banana chips, coconut and a splash of apple juice and cinnamon

Pour into a bowl then top with some low fat Greek yogurt and sprinkle with some seeds, coconuts and nuts

This was so warming and delicious like apple and berry crumble for breakfast

Nutritious packed with slow release carbs, anti oxidant berries, omega 3 seeds and protein packed nuts and yogurt
