Then have an amazing breakfast

This morning I am back to my overnight oats and chai seeds

Oats, chai seeds and desiccated coconut mixed with natural Greek yogurt

A little maple syrup 🍁

Some

Pumpkin and pumpkin seeds 🎃

Some More yogurt

Some toasted almonds

A couple of pretzels

Peanut butter

Yum yum yum

Lots of goodness in one little pot

Your slow release carbs

Protein

Good fats

The perfect way to start your day
