Vegan protein smoothie bowl

What’s the best way to start your morning? With a good source of protein that is high in protein but low in fat and that is why I use protein powder to help me build lean muscle fast without having to eat loads of meat.

At the minute I am using the vegan protein powder but have to say I prefer the whey protein as it makes thicker shakes and has a better taste. My morning breakfast was topped off with some Greek yogurt which is great for your mental health and some delicious pineapple and mango along with some great omega3 sources from the nuts and seeds.
