Sunday morning lie in achieved for once my youngest got hungry so helped herself, so I got up and made them protein pancakes and waffles

I had a protein vanilla yogurt bowl with banana, banana chips, chai seeds, seeds, bran flakes and a date delicious and nutritious followed by snuggles on the sofa and watching a Christmas movie jingle all the way
