Monday motivation

Sometimes the body isn’t ready for a Monday so fill it with food that will give it energy throughout the day and fight bouts of tiredness and hunger.

Slow release carbs such as oats and bran flakes are amazing first thing in the morning.

This morning I had some bran flakes topped with banana, almonds, peanut butter and vanilla yogurt and served in milk of your choice

So have an amazing Monday and make sure you eat the right fuel for your body so not sugar and carb dense food think of good slow release carbs, good fats and natural sugars.
