Simple but yummy

Porridge oats are great slow release carb that will keep you full and energised

And on cold mornings great

This morning I had it made with coconut 🥥 milk then topped with some natural yogurt, maple syrup, almonds and pumpkins seeds

A great mix of protein, carbs and good fats only thing missing is some fruit.

So start your day the best way and don’t forget your glass of water before you have your breakfast to detox your body
