When to exercise?

Since I had kids I started to exercise in the morning as when I got home for work it was dark and cold, I was tired and had 2 kids to feed and look after.

So I started exercising in the morning as this was the only time I could fit it in but it also made me feel amazing as I was up early and endorphins put me on a high motivated and ready for work.

Since then I have discovered there are more benefits for your metabolism and in preventing type 2 diabetes
