Healthy protein pancakes

I’m not a huge fan of pancakes but think I have now been converted

Protein is the best thing to have in the morning to start the fat burning process, building lean muscle and filling you up.

These were amazing and can use the same recipe for muffins etc too, you can also add fruit into the mixture instead of topping it.

You could add the following into the mixture to create different recipes

Blueberries

Cinnamon

Peanut butter

Honey & cinnamon

Turmeric

Pineapple & mango

Nuts & seeds

Taste test was done by the kids and the dog so this is our new recipe for pancakes healthy and guilt free.

So these are great way to get fruit into kids as well and great to put into the kids lunch boxes as a snack, you can also make a big batch of these and put in the freezer for later in the week when you are short on time and just pop into the toaster
