Morning protein oats

Breakfast this morning was a simple bowl of oats with a vanilla yogurt, frozen berries a small banana and a few nuts and seeds and a drizzle of maple syrup

my youngest said she wants to be a boxer and loves eating what I had this morning her healthy breakfast as she said.
