Nutty sweet Overnight oats

I used some leftover porridge and mixed it with chai seeds

A layer of peanut butter

A layer of natural yogurt

Layer of porridge

Layer of yogurt

Topped with peanut butter

Nuts and a drizzle of maple syrup

Breakfast doesn’t have to be boring

Doesn’t have to be expensive

Doesn’t have to be time consuming

I made this last night for some overnight oats

This will keep me full up to lunch time, good fats, protein and slow release carbs
