Day 11 Mind & Body challenge

A great way to live in the moment and be content with what you have and also help you focus on what you want and why is gratitude. We take a lot for granted and often get stressed about unimportant things.

So everyday think about what you are grateful for in your life everyday as not everyone has some of the things we take for granted.

Try doing a gratitude journal every night this will help you become less stressed and happier with your life

For me the best part of my day was doing my kids and teens boxercise class as I live them become stronger and healthier and also have fun.

What made me happy today was that I got up and did my workout before anyone got up.

Today I am thankful for my health, my kids, a roof over our heads and food on the table.

Appreciating what you have makes you feel rich rather than poor and less jealous of others possessions and lifestyles. Remember you can’t take your possessions with you but you can take your memories, so make amazing memories and forget about all the things others have.
