Protein lunch wrapped up

Couldn’t decide what to have for lunch wanted something warm but filling


So I made a 2 egg omelette and wrapped it up with some spinach, rocket, tomatoes, 1/4 avocado, 1 slice of feta, pesto & prickle of sunflower and pumpkin seeds


So yummy so filling amazing protein lunch without the carbs for low carb days
