Overnight maple oats

Breakfast in a hurry never skip unless doing a cleanse day or fasting

I made these overnight oats with leftover porridge my 6 year old didn’t eat I don’t waste food I recycle it

I put it in this jar topped with maple syrup
Walnuts and cashews
Natural Greek yogurt
Topped with chia seeds
Walnuts and cashews
Seeds
Maple syrup

All I had to do was boil the kettle to have a cup of coffee with it and my daughter loved it too
