Pancakes 7 ways

It’s Pancake Day tomorrow so I thought I’d share some of my healthy pancake recipes

Who thought there were so many alternatives

I never buy pancakes I love to make my own and the kids do too it’s a weekend activity for us

So the kids usually have a healthy twist with maybe half flour half oats or almond milk instead of cows milk

My fav is the protein pancakes so far but think I’ll try the sweet potato ones tomorrow after a day of cleansing I deserve a treat

As for topping go easy

Add some Greek yogurt
Honey
Maple syrup
Peanut butter

Natural sugars are the best or add some berries or banana for a bit of healthy sugars
