Hands free hoop

So I haven’t been to aerial or pole classes in 3  so back this week. We were doing spinning pole and I felt so dizzy and sick it is so hard to do any of the moves on a static pole never mind when it is spinning. I think the girls that do pole are amazing hopefully one day I will master it.

Well I did master the hoop, I did a star in the bar then this one. I hands just balancing on my back a bit tricky at first but when I got the balance I stayed for a while.

Here is a really simple exercise to do anytime #planks basically holding yourself up with your core taking all the pressure trying working up to holding for 1minute great for legs And bum too you can advance it by going down on your elbows and back up to tone the arms and do leg lifts to tone the bum and thighs

A strong core is essential for good health and flexibility and with a few easy exercises every day you can have a flat strong core.

if you have a bad back you can do core exercises

1. squat then kick left leg up squat then kick right leg

2. Put your arms out in front of you and raise your left leg to touch your toes then try the other side

3. Standing up raise your arms above your head then down to touch your toes

4. You can then touch your left hand to right leg and do the other side

Try starting off with 15 reps each side every day if possible and try to work up to 30 each exercise for best results.

You can also do some sit ups which of you do every day you will get a six pack as long as you also have a healthy diet.

1. Legs up in the air and touch your toes

2. Side sit up left elbow to right knee then the other side

3. Lie on your left side and crunch then change sides

4. On your back crunch your legs into your core and lift your head at the same time

Try to do 10 to 15 reps each side every day and build up to 30 after a few months for optimum results.
